Hi there. It's my first post here. I've been wondering if I should have another journal. I mean I already have "Live Journal". But anyway, this one might be easier to get accessed. So I hope it's alright. I'll update as often as I can. Wish me luck. :-)
Well, more than 2 months have already gone by since I came back to Japan. I had a great time in New Zealand from May 2004 to April 2005. I'll never forget I was there. I don't know if I achieved goals I'd set, but my friends definitely enriched my life there. Without them, I'd have left for Japan earlier. I should've said "Thank you" to them at the beginning. However, words can't describe everything. I'd like to see and hug you, guys!!!
Lots of meeting, saying goodbyes...that's how life goes, doesn't it? The reason why I chose New Zealand was just like a coincidence. I got to know a real nice teacher "Nicola" at uni who's from CHC, New Zealand. If I hadn't met her, I'd have been to Australia and tamed(or fought with) kangaloos over there. I ended up taming sheep in NZ though... Kidding!!! LOL Okay, back to the right track... If I hadn't met her, I would never meet my friends in NZ and those who are from all over the world. There's a real nice word in Japanese, but can't remember it in English. I'll post it later.
I'll put a few words as the gratitude to you... I couldn't be happier when I was in NZ cos' I got to know you and everyday was different. You, all of the people I got to know, are the piece of my memory of NZ and you will always remain in me. I do wanna thank all of you, but it takes AGES, literally. Therefore, I just put letters "THANK YOU" here. Keep in touch, guys. Or I'll harass you. Oops, kidding again.
At last, I'll show you the sunset in my hometown "Takeno".

I took both of them at the beach. In fact, it's behind the peniusula which is obviously prominent on the map. I like living in Japan, but I MISS NEW ZEALAND!!!

Hi, Takashi.
How have you been? Me? I have been bit by so many looovely mosquitoes! It's so hot here and my house is surrounded by rice fields. I can hear frogs' loud concert every night. Can you imagine that? So noisy! They prevent me from sleeping.
By the way, you said about 'ichigo ichie'=一期一会 before. I learned that had been translated into 'once in a for all' in English. P.S. I am going to NZ on holiday next month.
And photos are really nice.

Yep, the translation sounds appropriate. Thanks Chiaki. My home is also surrounded by rice fields. Dunno how many times I spray the insecticide, which also kills me, by the way. LOL
Congrats for Julie(the naughty one). One of my dreams is to travel around the world and take photos of what I see there. Like I can be someone's eyes. ;-)
