!!!Time to update!!!
Okay, here's an update for filling the last two weeks. :-)
First of all, I suffered from a terrible, nasty and bloody cold nearly for a week... Damn it!!! I'd planned to go to Osaka for shopping(mainly books; Eldest by Christopher Paolini, Skipping Christmas by John Grisham, Dragon Rider by...someone and etc...), but on the very day, I felt sick and next day, I got fever which rose up to 39.4C. I suppose you're gonna say, "What the hell is that?" or "Oh, you gotta be kidding". However, it IS true and I did suffer. When I woke up, I felt as though my head was being hit by a hammer or something. My body was like a lamp of iron... by that, I mean too heavy to move and very cold from within. No sooner than I realized my body was weird, I went to see the doctor. At the hospital, I checked my body temparature and got shocked and depressed. You know, the figure makes you feel tired or depressed more than you don't see them. The doctor told me it wasn't a flu, but I doubted it. Thereforem I asked him if I didn't need a proper, detailed check-up. He just said "no". Oh well... he's adoctor anyway. I got some kinds of medicine that day. Lots of pills... Have you ever wished if there were medicine as sweet as chocolate? Is it only me?? Whatever!!! Anyway, I had to be in a bed for a while. The fever didn't go down soon, which irritated me, as I had to take days off from work. Totally, I was absent from work for 6 days including 2 days off which I was supposed to have. Even though I couldn't go to work, the manager was kind that he called me every other day to ask me how I felt. It was very kind of him to do that for me. :-) He's such a good boss that everyone works hard for him. It's his virture, isn't it? I do think I'm lucky not to have a mamager who's a jerk!!!
Oh, I couldn't send out a few birthday cards to my dear friends. So, I'd like to leave a message for you, guys!!!
<Dear Sarah and Insa,>
Happy Birthday to you two. I hope you all the best in what you're gonna do. I know you are very talented and motivated, so I'm sure you're gonna achieve what you hope to. As always, I hope you smile a lot this year. Needless to say, more than you did last year!!! ;-) Thanks for being such good friends. I do appreciate that.
Sarah, I'm so happy for you that you got a job in Japan. I'm looking forward to seeing you soon. Come to Kansai area so that I'll be able to go and see you easily. lol Kidding. I'll go and see you wherever you live. Again, congrats!!!
Insa, thanks for giving me lots of good advice and exciting news. I hope you'll be able to succeed in keeping yourself fit!!! Run, run like a wind!!! lol :-p

Today, I took an English proficiency exam. I think I messed up the vocab part... Except that, I think I did okay. This exam is one of the measures for studying in te States or somewhere else, so I'd like to get the first grade as soon as I can. If I pass the first exam, I have an interview. But it's not held near my hometown, so I have to go to Osaka or Kyoto for one day. I do wanna pass it!!! Aftrer the exam, I found myself that I'm not good at vocab, so especially I have to enforce that part. How do you remember new words?? Can you give me a tip, please?
Okay, now it's a bit of my recent interests.
1. "Memories of a Geisha" which is now aired at theatres. I'd like to see it as soon as I finish reading a book. There are lots of beautiful descriptions in it, so I'm quite looking forward to it. It must be a good film. And this story is based on a real life of a geisha named "Chiyo", so it must be intrigue.
2. "Usher". His music is cool. He's very talented at singing and dancing. Wicked, yo. ;-)
3. Soundtrack of "the Phantom of the Opera". i think I like musical films such as "Greese", "Moulin Rouge" and etc...
I'll be away from home a few days because of a company trip to Tottori... I'd rather like to go to Osaka or Kyoto!!! Why Tottori!? There's nothing but dunes!!! LOL
